Shipping Information
Most orders placed by 10.00am are generally shipped out the same business day.
How long delivery takes depends on the shipping location within Australia.
Once your order has been packed you will receive confirmation and a tracking number to track delivery. Please use your tracking number for up to date delivery information.

Shipping Methods:
All items are sent by Registered courier or Post.
Please ensure you supply a delivery address where somebody will be home / available to receive the item. We currently don't deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. We may contact you for an Authority to Leave request.

Delivery Times:
Generally 2-7 Business Days (Some regional cities may take longer)

Shipping Costs:
$20 Flat rate shipping fee for all items excluding Sub Boxes.

Shipping / Freight charges are shown at time of checkout or on the View Cart Page once the items have been added to your cart.

Some larger bulky heavy items ie. Subwoofer boxes are currently available for local pick up only in Fairfield, Melbourne.


How do I track my order?
Once the order has been processed, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Local Pick up Melbourne:
If you live in Melbourne you can collect your items from our store. Please make sure to select Pick Up in your shipping option.
Local Pick up is available from Zylux Distribution Pty. Ltd. - 166 Christmas Street, Fairfield, VIC, 3078. You will be notified once your order is ready for collection usually within 24 hours or the next business day. Customers will need to provide ID in the same name as the order to collect their items.
Pick Up times are Monday to Friday 9am to 4:30pm only.
